Miami’s skyline is preparing for another defining moment. Delano Residences Miami, a proposed 90-story, 985-foot supertall tower, has been announced for Downtown Miami along Biscayne Boulevard — marking the debut of the Delano brand in standalone residential form and reinforcing the city’s evolution into a global vertical capital.

Developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) in partnership with Ennismore, Delano Residences will rise just north of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami, further solidifying Biscayne Boulevard as the epicenter of ultra-luxury high-rise development.

 

 

 

 

Architectural Presence at Nearly 1,000 Feet

Designed by internationally renowned architect Carlos Ott in collaboration with CUBE 3, the tower introduces a sleek, sculptural silhouette to the skyline. The glass-clad structure is envisioned with a refined, tapering form that culminates in a dramatic crown, contributing both elegance and visual distinction to Downtown Miami’s growing collection of landmark towers.

At 985 feet, the building surpasses the 300-meter threshold recognized globally as “supertall” — placing it among the most significant residential towers in Florida.

 

 

The project is expected to include 421 residences, offering a mix of studios through three-bedroom layouts. Interiors are planned with high-end finishes, custom cabinetry, premium appliance packages, and thoughtfully designed floor plans that maximize natural light and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
