There is something special about being recognized by your own neighbors. This month, Nathalie Attias, Marie Miller, and I are honored to be on the cover of the November 2026 issue of Bal Harbour Neighbors, the community magazine for Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Surfside, Keystone Islands, and North Bay Shore.

More Than Two Decades, One Philosophy
I founded The Joelle Team in 2003. Today we rank #2 companywide and #1 in Bal Harbour by sales volume. Those numbers matter, but they are not what I am proudest of.

I am also proud to be ranked among the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends, and to serve as a board member of the Master Brokers Forum.
Three Women, One Montreal Story
Readers may be surprised to learn that I did not start in real estate. I spent the first part of my career in high-tech and computer gaming sales, with senior roles at JVC Musical Industries, Wizcom Inc. in Israel, and Fujitsu/ICL in Australia. That work gave me an analytical discipline I still rely on every day.
Nathalie Attias and Marie Miller, both Global Luxury Real Estate Advisors on our team, share that foundation. All three of us were raised and educated in Montreal: I earned a BSc in Mathematics, Nathalie a bachelor's degree in marketing, and Marie a law degree. Together we bring analytical thinking, strategic perspective, and precision to every client we serve.
