Bugatti Makes Its U.S. Residential Debut on the Miami River

Miami has a way of attracting the world's most iconic brands, and the latest arrival is one that made me stop and take notice. Bugatti, the legendary French hypercar marque, has officially chosen our city for its very first residential project in the Americas: Bugatti Residences Miami, rising on the Miami River in the heart of Brickell.

A Historic First for the Brand

For 115 years, Bugatti has done one thing with singular focus: build the most refined hypercars on earth. Unlike other luxury names that expanded into hotels and real estate long ago, Bugatti held back. That restraint is exactly what makes this announcement so significant. Miami is not just getting another branded tower. It is becoming Bugatti's first residential address anywhere in the world.

The developers behind the project, Prosper Group and the century-old Belgian firm Versluys Group, kept the brand name under wraps for nearly a year while the deal came together. Now that the reveal is official, the vision is clear: a building described as an extension of "art, form, and technique," true to everything Bugatti stands for.

The Details

The tower will rise 60 stories at the confluence of Brickell and the Miami River, on a three-parcel site assembled for $50 million at 99 SW 7th Street, 66 SW 6th Street and 625 SW 1st Avenue. The project carries a reported $650 million price tag and offers something truly rare in our market: more than 300 feet of direct river frontage.

The design team is world class. Brandon Haw Architecture is shaping the tower alongside ODP Architecture, while interiors come from Yabu Pushelberg, the internationally acclaimed studio led by Interior Design Hall of Fame inductees George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg. Their portfolio spans Aman, EDITION, Four Seasons and Rosewood, so residents can expect interiors of extraordinary caliber.

The tower will feature 181 residences, with delivery targeted for 2028.

What This Means for Miami

Brickell's branded-residence market has been on a remarkable run over the past five years, welcoming names from hospitality, fashion, art and now automotive royalty. Industry tracking places Miami second only to Dubai in global branded-condo volume, and Bugatti's arrival adds a new level of prestige to that story.

This is exactly the kind of moment that reminds me why Miami continues to lead the world in luxury real estate. When a brand as disciplined and selective as Bugatti chooses our riverfront for its global residential debut, it says everything about where this market is headed.

If you would like to learn more about Bugatti Residences Miami or explore opportunities in Brickell and along the Miami River, I would love to hear from you.
