Aside from getting paid from the initial referral, I extend the same courtesy to subsequent business that might arise after. If your referral buys and/or sells additional properties in the future, or if they refer their friends/colleagues to me, our partnership stands and guarantees you will be compensated accordingly.
My referral business is strong because I close deals! My focus is facilitating transactions from beginning to end, keeping you in the loop as much as you desire, and ultimately writing you a referral check when the transaction is completed.
