Ytech Unveils Groundbreaking Solar-Powered Luxury High-Rise in Miami's Brickell

On November 13, 2024, Miami-based real estate firm Ytech commenced construction on The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a 70-story high-rise poised to become a landmark in Miami's skyline.

 

This development is notable for its commitment to sustainability, featuring 20,000 square feet of integrated photovoltaic glass—a first in high-rise residential design. The building will house 195 exclusive residences, each offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the city. Amenities include a two-story owner's club, a wellness center, and a rooftop pool. Completion is anticipated in 2027, marking a significant advancement in eco-friendly urban living
