A transformative new chapter is unfolding in North Beach, as Witkoff and Ocean Terrace Holdings officially launch sales for Ocean Terrace, a visionary mixed-use development set to reimagine the iconic stretch of Collins Avenue between 73rd and 75th Street in Miami Beach.
Envisioned as a dynamic destination merging timeless architecture with contemporary luxury, Ocean Terrace will feature an 85-key luxury hotel, 58 private residences, and approximately 18,000 square feet of retail and dining, all just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. The project is being designed by the acclaimed Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors and landscape by Rottet Studio and Raymond Jungles, Inc., respectively.
A Rebirth of North Beach’s Historic Oceanfront
The 2.2-acre development site will preserve and restore a collection of beloved MiMo and Art Deco buildings, re-establishing the soul of North Beach’s mid-century character while introducing a fresh wave of sophistication.
Set to rise twenty stories, Ocean Terrace will offer panoramic ocean views, generous private terraces, and elegantly crafted residences that balance understated glamour with coastal serenity.
“This project represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reimagine one of Miami Beach’s most authentic neighbourhoods,” said Steven Witkoff, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Witkoff. “We’re creating a new cultural and lifestyle hub that celebrates both heritage and modernity.”
Design, Lifestyle, and Vision
Residents of Ocean Terrace will enjoy a curated collection of amenities that blend hospitality and private living, including a residents-only pool deck, fitness and wellness spaces, social lounges, and priority access to the on-site boutique hotel’s services.
The project’s streetscape, landscaped by Raymond Jungles, will introduce lush tropical plantings, shaded pedestrian paths, and intimate courtyards—creating a natural connection between the ocean and the neighbourhood’s revived public realm.
“This will be the heart of North Beach’s next chapter,” added Nadav Ben-Sira, Principal of Ocean Terrace Holdings. “It’s about bringing people back to Collins Avenue, where architecture, community, and the beachfront lifestyle come together once again.”
A New Era for North Beach
As Miami Beach continues to evolve, Ocean Terrace stands as a beacon of thoughtful redevelopment—anchored in preservation, yet designed for the future.
Construction is scheduled to commence in 2025, marking the rebirth of an iconic oceanfront block that will once again define the spirit of North Beach.
