Uber ritzy Bal Harbour Shops is stepping up its restaurant game with three new eateries coming its way in 2022 including Italian import Sant Ambroeus, New York favorite Felice, and Chicago mainstay Aba.
All three eateries have followings of their own. The original Sant Ambroeus opened its doors in Milan in 1936, and expanded to cities like New York and Palm Beach, and is a favorite amongst the fashion and celebrity set for its chic settings and bistro cuisine.
Aba is from culinary Chicago-based powerhouse Lettuce Entertain You and will debut in the summer of 2022 marking the first Florida restaurant outpost for the company. Helmed by Top Chef Winner CJ Jacobson and executive partner Marc Jacobs, Aba serves up Mediterranean cuisine with a California influence and has landed a coveted spot on Eater Chicago’s Eater 38 list.
Rounding out the group of newcomers to the mall is Felice, which originally opened in New York City in 2007 by SA Hospitality Group partner, Jacopo Giustiniani. It has expanded to three outposts in the Big Apple, with its Bal Harbor location being the first Florida outpost. The eatery serves up all-day casual fare leaning on a heavy Tuscan influence that showcases Giustiniani’s roots.
