The developer planning St. Regis Residences in Brickell has just filed for a total demolition permit at the site, and sent the plans for the new tower to the UDRB for review.
According to the June 12 demolition permit filing, a total of 211,121 square feet will be totally demolished, at an estimated cost of $1,127,000.00.
The BG Group LLC is listed as the demolition contractor.
County records show that a 17-story building is now on the site, built in 1966.
Meanwhile, the project is scheduled for review by the UDRB next week.
According to the UDRB filing, St. Regis Residences is planned to rise 48 stories, or 639 feet, and include:
- 152 residential units
- 391 parking spaces
Related Group and Integra Investments are the developers.
The project is being designed with a nautical theme by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The architect of records is CFE.
The UDRB meeting is scheduled for June 21.
