Situated at the southernmost point of Brickell Key—the future location of The Residences—this 7,000-square-foot pavilion features three meticulously designed spaces that float above the water, offering sweeping ocean vistas. In the first 60 days of sales, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, has secured nearly $500 million in contracts, with total reservations approaching the $1 billion mark. Current units start at $4.9 million. Completion of The Residences is anticipated in 2029.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, will comprise two elegant towers, blending world-class design, the signature service of Mandarin Oriental, and breathtaking panoramic views. The South Tower will house 228 residences, featuring interiors by Tristan Auer, while the North Tower will host the new North American flagship Mandarin Oriental hotel with interiors by AD 100 designer Laura Gonzalez. The North Tower will include 121 hotel rooms, a signature spa, a selection of fine-dining options, as well as 66 private residences and 28 hotel residences launching soon.
