The Estates of Aqualina topped off at a height of 52 stories, or 672 feet, according to developer Trump Group.
At a topping-out ceremony on May 7, the building’s final beam was inscribed with signatures and messages. It was then hoisted to the top of the building with an American Flag and a palm tree.
Sales at The Estates have been extremely strong this year. Trump has closed a total of 46 deals at the project in 2021 alone, totaling $375 million, they said.
