Encompassing over 40 acres of lush landscapes and waterfront views, this remarkable development will unfold in two transformative phases, evolving into a true tropical oasis. At its center, two elegant 23-story residential towers and a 197-room luxury hotel will be established under the prestigious St. Regis brand. Spearheaded by the acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica, the project’s visionary design is further enhanced by refined interiors from London-based Tara Bernerd & Partners, led by the celebrated designer Tara Bernerd. The development will feature 88,000 square feet of prime waterfront commercial space with upscale dining and boat docking facilities, a scenic public park along the Intracoastal Waterway, and a 25-foot-wide pedestrian promenade that traces the property’s west, north, and south edges. A private marina will accommodate megayachts up to 350 feet.

The condos will include spacious three- and four-bedroom layouts ranging from 2,600 to 3,550 square feet, along with opulent penthouse units. Each residence feels like a private villa, complete with dedicated elevator foyers and expansive, flowing spaces. Designed to elevate both living and entertaining, the bright interiors feature open layouts and wraparound glass terraces that reveal panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Fort Lauderdale skyline. The hotel-based Residences will offer one to three bedrooms and include select penthouse options, creating a unique blend of privacy and luxury for every resident.
