One Sotheby’s International Realty is now managing the sales for the planned condo-hotel tower at 888 Brickell Avenue, according to sources.
Miami-based One Sotheby’s, led by Mayi and Daniel de la Vega, will oversee this 1,049-foot supertall project, which will be the first residential building branded by Dolce & Gabbana. The tower will feature 250 rooms and suites, with units available for the hotel’s rental program or as private residences. Units will offer up to three bedrooms.
