Happy June!   Many of you have returned to your homes while others have set up camp permanently in our fabulous state. I am happy to hear reports from friends and fellow agents that New York is alive and bustling once more. Expectations for our neighbors up north is bright!   The market continued its selling trend this season with properties not lasting long before going under contract. The entire city is waiting to see what happens this summer during our traditionally slower summer season.  See the Market Stats below for migration trends and sales history.    Month to month March 2021 to end of April 2021 saw an increase in closed sales but a decrease in new listings and pending sales. The migration continued in April but inventory was low.    More and more firms, primarily in the Financial sector, have moved their offices to Florida. Is Miami also the new Tech Hub ? Mayor Suarez was quick to invite tech giants to move to Miami. Read here .    " Miami continues to see a deluge of companies announcing they will add high paying jobs here, in a trend accelerated by the pandemic.
