As the weather heats up, the real estate market continues its incredible momentum.
The sales velocity has increased in both the single-family and condo sectors.
 
Comparing February 2021 to Mach 2021:
CONDOS: Have seen a 42.2 % increase in SOLD and a 29.3 % increase in PENDING
HOMES: Have seen a 36.5% in SOLD and a 26.8% in PENDING
 
Comparing March 2020 to March 2021:
CONDOS: Have seen a 178.8% increase in SOLD and 456.7 % increase in PENDING
HOMES: Have seen 1 107% increase in SOLD and 251.5% in PENDING
