Miami is alive and vibrant! Our beaches, boardwalks, restaurants, and malls are open, and dining can be done Al Fresco or indoors. New York restauranteurs are setting up camp in Miami and Palm Beach and opening offshoots of all of our favorites right here in Florida. I, for one, cannot wait to sample them all!
Inventory levels have dropped across all counties: Inventory has dropped by 9% in Palm Beach, 11% in Broward, and 8 % in Miami Dade. The average sales price has increased year over year from February 2020 to February 2021. In Miami, Average home prices increased from approximately $513k to $$953k while average condo prices increased from $406K to $616k.
The Miami condo craze has returned! Developers are starting to build again and Buyers are flocking to South Florida.
Several new projects have opened sales. Two to note are Onda in Bay Harbor Islands by Ugo Columbo and Valerio Morabito and the Waldorf Astoria in downtown Miami. Urbanica Management has the green light to build a new hotel on one of the last vacant oceanfront parcels in North Miami Miami Beach. View All New Developments.
