Faena, the globally recognized lifestyle brand, is bringing its signature blend of culture, wellness, and innovation from Miami Beach to the Miami River. The newly announced Faena District Miami River, set on the city's only 14-acre private park along the Miami River, will be anchored by the FAENA RESIDENCES MIAMI, a remarkable development by Rafael Viñoly Architects.
This development marks one of the final works of the late Rafael Viñoly, embodying his iconic architectural style across two riverfront towers. The 440 residences will be connected by a 45,000-square-foot cultural center, emphasizing Faena's commitment to blending living spaces with cultural and artistic experiences. Spearheaded by Fortune International Group and KAR Properties, the FAENA RESIDENCES MIAMI at 90 SW 3rd Street will launch sales in Q4 2024.
According to Alan Faena, the new district will prioritize a resident-centric design, offering cultural, artistic, and wellness-focused amenities aimed at fostering community and happiness. Encompassing three blocks, the district will feature cultural spaces, wellness facilities, a marina, public art, and recreational areas, enhancing Miami’s cultural landscape and reinforcing ties with the Miami Beach Faena District.
