Faena is making a bold move inland with its first standalone residential project: Faena Residences Miami. Set along the Miami River at 90 SW 3rd Street, this development aims to redefine urban luxury living.
Architectural Vision
The project features two 60-story towers designed by the late Rafael Viñoly, marking one of his final works. These towers are connected by a dramatic Sky Bridge housing 45,000 square feet of cultural programming space, including performances, installations, and wellness experiences.
Residences Faena Residences Miami offers 434 units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments, lofts, and penthouses, with sizes between approximately 700 to 3,300 square feet. Initial prices start at $1.3 million, with select larger offerings expected to follow.
Interior Design
The interiors are a collaboration between Faena Design Studio and London-based Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, blending muted reds, plush textures, and theatrical detailing to create warm, expressive environments.
The Faena District Miami River
Beyond the residences, the development establishes the Faena District Miami River, spanning three city blocks. Future phases will include a marina, wellness facilities, public art, and pedestrian-friendly pathways through the only 14-acre private park on the Miami River.
Faena Residences Miami represents a significant expansion of the Faena brand, bringing its signature blend of art, culture, and luxury to the heart of Miami. With sales underway, this development is poised to become a landmark in the city's evolving skyline.
