Another luxury condo is making its way to South Florida as developer Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) begins pre-sales for a new boutique waterfront tower in Miami’s prestigious Surfside neighborhood. The upcoming project, named Ocean House, will feature 25 exclusive units and will replace the former Regent Palace Condominium. With demolition already underway at the two-story building located at 9317 Collins Avenue, the tower is expected to be completed by 2027.

The award-winning firm Arquitectonica has been selected to lead the architectural and tropical landscape design for the building, while the bespoke interiors will be crafted by Carla Guilhem. Known for her expertise in superyacht design, hospitality projects, and private residences, Guilhem will design the interiors of the units, which will range from 2,093 to 6,279 square feet. Prices for these luxury residences will start at $5 million.
