About Ronnie's Joy Foundation

Ronnie’s Joy Foundation is a charitable organization created in honor and memory of Ronnie Joy Hollander; an exceptionally bright and beautiful healthy little girl, full of sweet life and personality, who died suddenly and without explanation at the age of 2.

Ronnie’s untimely loss leaves her parents, Dahlia and Michael and older brother and sister, Ari and Lielle, with the unique opportunity to redirect their profound grief and live out the bright legacy Ronnie would have surely left behind. While Ronnie is no longer physically in this world, her Joy and ״joie de vivre” will live on.

Through funds raised, Ronnie’s Joy Foundation aims to support bereaved families, especially young families, by providing much needed concrete family bereavement support in local hospitals and communities. Ronnie’s Joy Foundation will also use Ronnie’s love of music and her special bond with animals to bring joy and smiles to children through community activities and therapeutic programming.

Lastly, as Ronnie’s death remains unexplained, Ronnie’s Joy Foundation continues to raise awareness, advocate for and support SUDC (sudden unexplained death in childhood) such that research in this field of medicine can continue to be conducted in hopes that this category of children’s deaths become preventable in the future.

We hope that you join and support us on our journey to bring a brighter future for families like ours and children like Ronnie.
