COVE Miami

Cove Miami is an upcoming 40-story pre-construction development in Edgewater, Florida, brought to life by New York-based real estate developers SB Development & Hazelton Capital Group. Designed by Kobi Carp Architecture with interiors by Dieguez Fridman Arquitectos & Asociados, construction is set to commence in late 2024 and conclude in 2026.
