A development team that includes two of the developers of Miami’s iconic Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum have proposed a new ultra-luxury bayfront condo tower in Edgewater.
Amenities will include a rooftop helipad, dock, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, business center, private dining room, theater, residents lounge, sky lounge, juice bar and indoor pool. The parking lot will be a connected 9-story structure behind the tower. The developer will also complete a baywalk promenade with landscaping and lighting that will be open to the public.
